Beautiful Home isn’t it!
In some cases a home can be beautiful on the outside but the inside just won’t sell the home. Here are 5 mistakes Sellers Make in selling a home:
1 The house is not clean - maybe picked up but not clean.
2. Too much junk. Counters are not cleaned off, toys are sitting around, etc.
3. Repairs are not done by a professional or they look just “put together”.
4. Personal pictures are left out all over the home.
5. Paint is bright colors. Paint needs to be a neutral color but not white.
