NICE Can Get the Job Done!

I have only run into 1 rude arrogant agent in 10 years! I just spoke with another one tonight. what is getting into these Agents? Is it the State of the Market? This is two rude “know it all” agents in a row. When in actuality they are lacking in basic Real Estate knowledge.

When you hire a Real Estate Agent to sell your home, make sure they have a positive attitude and a nice disposition. Bees flock to honey and keeps them focused. Batting at bees only tends to have them go in all different directions.

Your Agent should be knowledgeable but they also should be a “people” person that wants to create a win-win situation for all concerned. If it is not a Win-Win then someone has lost and that leads to bad feelings. Never try to talk down to another person but be of help and guidance with all concerned.
